There is a bit of truth to the fact that first attempts can often be more about what can be l gained then what can be done. The very first from the ground up apartment building project was a good example of that truth for me. I’m ecstatic I waited until later in life to take on such a project because I can’t ever see putting myself through that ever again. There were plenty of times I had to hide in the Heating and A/C comfort of my car just to keep my nerves from fraying. There are simply so several details to take care of when a single is building a home. The general business was not paying the amount of attention needed to the subs so I started getting into that. One benefit of the building experience was the fact that I got to guess a good Heating and A/C business. The Heating and A/C business that ended up doing everything from design to upgrade was not the general business’s choice. When I saw the unprofessional manner of the Heating and A/C guy the business was going to use, I stopped that. Instead, I interviewed a few different Heating and A/C businesses prior to settling on a single who did the work. That guy was a pro from the minute he showed up to the build site. The Heating and A/C business was prepared, organized and a good listener. These were most of the qualities I was looking for. It was so good to have someone with so much comprehension taking charge of the Heating and A/C portion of the build.
