Although our youngsters are grown as well as moved away, I still guess tied to the high schools in my part of town. There isn’t much better predictor of success than a nice education, as well as I believe in educating everyone as much as possible… I believe in both public schools as well as private schools, as many different students as well as families have unusual needs; Some youngsters thrive in public schools while others suffer as well as struggle in that environment where the masses are served by government bureaucracies. The problem when it comes to private schools is that they are extravagant for parents. That is not just because they have to spend money for tuition as well as everything else, but also because parents spend money for the public schools as well as the private school their youngsters attend. That is part of living in our civilization; in addition, most of it at school has or does not get funding from the state, then when the public high school in our neighborhood needed to get athletic field construction, it was simply added to the budget. When the parochial school wanted new fields, the athletic field construction had to be paid for with money they could somehow figure out how to raise. Thus began years worth of fundraising. I donated several times to the athletic field construction even though my little kids are gone. I bought cookies at bake sales that benefitted the athletic field construction. I purchased t-shirts that benefitted the athletic field construction. I ended up getting on social media as well as made pleas for donations to the athletic field construction. I purchased a banner with our corporation name on it that would be hung on the fence surrounding the athletic field construction site. There was constant emphasis on it, but soon it will become a reality.
