I was so happy when I finally opened an HVAC company with my best pal.
We have been the best of friends since we were young. I believe we met in the park and built a sand castle together and decided to hang out regularly after that. We both developed a powerful connection where we can easily communicate without really saying anything. It’s a type of bond that you don’t share with all people. We both got into the HVAC industry and became really skilled HVAC technicians. We worked together as much as possible. We ended up requesting to the boss that we permanently work as a team, but the boss rejected that idea. That’s when we decided we would go into business in the HVAC industry together. By that time, we had plenty of experience and we understood the logistics of running an HVAC business pretty much. So we got our money together and we made that leap. There of course were a lot of details like getting a proper venue and having the right insurance, but we were able to sort everything out. We didn’t end up hiring anybody else in the beginning, it was just the two of us like always being the perfect team. In this case, we were out to conquer the HVAC industry. We just wanted to do well and it didn’t take long for our reputation to rise up. It was after a year we were in business when we had to hire more HVAC professionals. Now we are a very busy and successful HVAC company and we make the rules!
