How can you live over a funeral home?

When I went to look at the apartment, I was thinking of renting; I didn’t know it was over a funeral home. The thought of residing in a building where they had dead people was a bit off-putting. It wasn’t the proposal of the dead, because they couldn’t come upstairs. The smell of chemicals, flowers, and cleaning products wafting into the apartment, was what distraught me.. I had been to enough funerals to know that the aromas of flowers and chemicals were always in the air. I was afraid I would not be able to have guests over. My a single husbandy was squeamish about going by a funeral lake apartment or a cemetery. I knew he would visit me if he could smell what was going on downstairs. There was a private entrance in the back of the building, and you would not even know what was downstairs unless you walked around front. When I got to the apartment, I was thrilled to find that the apartment had a scrub smell. I asked the property owner if they had an air purification system. He told me they had an air purification system, and it worked right along with the heating and air conditioner. He didn’t want the apartment to go unrented just because of the aromas coming from downstairs. Apparently he had a problem with renting this lovely apartment in the past. He said they had the air purification plan installed at the same time they had the up-to-date Heating plus A/C plan installed in the building. I took the apartment and I like residing here. At least I don’t need to worry about noisy neighbors.
