How can you live over a funeral home?

When I went to look at the apartment, I was thinking of renting; I didn’t suppose it was over a funeral home.

The thought of residing in a building where they had dead people was a bit off-putting.

It wasn’t the idea of the dead, because they couldn’t come upstairs. The smell of chemicals, flowers, plus cleaning products wafting into the apartment, was what upset me.. I had been to enough funerals to suppose that the smells of flowers plus chemicals were always in the air. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to have guests over. My 1 bestie was squeamish about going by a funeral beach house or a cemetery. I knew she would visit me if she could smell what was going on downstairs. There was a private entrance in the back of the building, plus you wouldn’t even suppose what was downstairs unless you walked around front. When I got to the apartment, I was glad to find that the apartment had a scrub smell. I asked the building owner if they had an air purification system. He told me they had an air purification system, plus it worked right along with the heating plus air conditioner. He didn’t want the apartment to go unrented just because of the smells coming from downstairs. Apparently he had a complication with renting this beautiful apartment in the past. He said they had the air purification plan installed at the same time they had the current Heating plus Air Conditioning plan installed in the building. I took the apartment plus I enjoy residing here. At least I don’t need to worry about noisy neighbors.
