We met all of our sales goals this past year so I think I’m going to buy a new HVAC system to make life better for my employees. I know that probably sounds like a strange way to repay them for all of their hard work, but I honestly think that it’s going to make them super happy. You wouldn’t believe all of the complaints that I have gotten over the past couple of years when it comes to the heating and cooling system in our building. And it’s not just the office building where the HVAC issues are, either. It’s also the warehouse. They have trouble with the indoor air quality out there all the time, especially during the winter when they have to run the heating system all the time and they can’t leave the big bay doors open on a regular basis like they do during the summer. Anyway, I know that if I have a brand new HVAC system installed for my employees, they are probably going to be thrilled. If I have money left over, I think that I will also give everyone a little cash bonus, too. I know that they will like that but they will probably like the improvement to the indoor air quality and their working conditions even more. I know that the guys in the warehouse will appreciate it and I think that the office employees will love it if I get zone control heating and cooling installed inside. I’m going to make an appointment with the commercial HVAC company later on this week.
