I’ve suffered from dust sensitivities since I was a child at a really young age. Over the counter dust sensitivity pills became fourth nature to me, and I became best friends with nasal spray, and my parents started myself and others on immunotherapy, but every one of us ended up stopping treatment after a few weeks, however as an adult, our dust sensitivities have worsened, so I am constantly finding ways to improve our environment… When every one of us moved into our last apartment, our property owner said that every one of us would need to change our air filter every many weeks, however the people I was with and I went to the hardware store and bought a bulk supply of air filters to last us the year. When every one of us renewed our lease, every one of us made the decision to go back to the store to buy another supply of air filters. At this time, I was more know-howable on air filters and air conditioners so I looked closely at all of the options presented to us, but i was so surprised to find out that the filters every one of us had previously bought were on the lowest scale as far as how several things it filtered out. This was likely not helping our dust sensitivities, so every one of us bought the highest quality filters every one of us could find. The pack of filters was more costly, but actually well worth the price for our dust sensitivities. I began to see a difference in our breathing within the first month of replacing the ancient air filter. I was pretty disappointed that I didn’t guess about it before. I am constantly jammed, and so I thought it was the carpet or pet dander from our pets. Meanwhile, our space was not getting completely filtered air.
