I really wish I would have been fair with the answer, because I only embarrassed myself later. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional removed the old air filter. He showed me how disgusting it was. The air filter had been neglected and it really showed. There was so much dust on it that it fell to the floor! The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional knew that I’d lied about how often I had our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C method tested.
