Actually it’s a ductless multi split heating and cooling system
I could hardly believe the letter I was reading. So much so that I had to read it like 3 times and then make a phone call to the lawyer’s office to be sure that I had it right. The registered mail indicated that I was now a homeowner due to my great uncle leaving me his house and property. Even though it was broiling outside and the HVAC cooling was maxed out, I got chills. But, as it turned out, the whole thing was on the up and up and I had indeed inherited a home. This was such a blessing given the fact that I don’t really make quite enough money to save up for a down payment. My uncle has seen to it that I can still have my own home. There are plenty of things that will need to be upgraded as I can afford them. But the HVAC equipment was something that needed to be addressed right away. So I met with an HVAC professional who could really help me figure out just what direction to go with new heating and cooling. The house is on the smaller side with 2 fairly large bedrooms and one and a half baths. The old HVAC was way, way past its prime as was the ductwork. So after consulting with the HVAC professional, it made sense to go with a ductless heat pump. Actually it’s a ductless multi split heating and cooling system. Or a series of ductless heat pumps placed strategically throughout the house that work in concert with one another.
