I was considering buying a new car, but before I could do that, I wanted to make sure my present car was looking its best. I called the auto shop and asked if they could detail my vehicle. There were paint touch-ups to be done, and I wanted it cleaned thoroughly. As the vehicle detailing was being done, I walked across the street to the shopping center. I picked up a couple of floor mats that had my favorite cartoon character, Tigger from Winnie the Pooh, emblazoned across the mat. There was also a seat cover that had Tigger on it, and being an impulse buyer, I bought it. On my way back to the auto customization shop, I was thinking about how pretty my little car was going to look with all the vehicle detailing being completed. I was right about it looking pretty. They had scrubbed her exterior until it was looking like new and then added a coating of wax. The wheels had been carefully scrubbed and polished. All of the chrome shined like new. Once the vehicle detailing was complete, I no longer wanted to trade my baby in. Had I known that all my car needed to make it look new was a good cleaning and some vehicle detailing, I would have never entertained the idea of selling. Vehicle detailing reminded me why I worked so hard to buy the car in the first place.
