Last week, I was talking to a woman who worked with the Better Business Bureau.
She was not working at the time, and I met her at a business meeting.
She happened to be there to give a speech on how important it was to be a member of the Better Business Bureau. I started a conversation with her before knowing who she was, and I was glad to get her input. She asked me what kind of business I was trying to start. I explained to her that I was an HVAC technician who was hoping to get my own HVAC company up and running. My biggest problem however, was that I had no idea on how to go about building a website and doing online ads. She directed me to a digital marketing company that she had worked with for years. I thought she was a bit off when she said about a digital marketing company, because I wanted a website before I wanted to do marketing. She explained to me that having a good working website was the first step in starting my digital marketing experience. With the help of an HVAC digital marketing expert, she said they could guide me on the proper steps to take in building a working website. Once the website was up and working, they would then help me to implement Google ads, pay per click, and they would install the correct SEO that would help web searches to connect to my website. I was truly grateful for all the information she gave me and how much she helped me to get my HVAC company up and running.
