I tried to call for service half the day

My husband insisted that we absolutely needed to purchase a service plan for the heating and air conditioning system.

The service plan includes a full service tune up on the heat pump and the air conditioner.

The service plan also includes first response emergency services and savings on all repairs. It’s a decent plan to have for the heating and air conditioning system, but the company rarely answers the phone. Last week we didn’t have any cool air in the house and the kids were home all day from school. I contacted the heating and air conditioning service provider several times in the morning. No one answered the phone, but I left a message on the answering machine. I called again after breakfast and no one answered the phone. I finally got someone to answer after lunch time and the lady on the phone acted like I was crazy when I told her that I had been calling all day long. I told the woman that we needed service on the air conditioner and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. When my husband came home from work, I urged him to look for a different service provider to handle our Heating and Cooling needs. I was very unhappy with the service that I received and I did not want to use the company for any other services. He agreed that they were unprofessional and looked for another company in town to handle the work. The people were totally unprofessional and there are other companies that provide these services.
