Renting a home instead of buying a home is honestly not a great way to go, then however, I have no choice in the matter! I do not have great enough credit to purchase a home or get a mortgage, so renting is our only decision.
I thought I was lucky to find an home that had a central a/c, with most rental homes, you will notice that a/cs are a single of the things that they usually leave out, meaning that the tenant has to purchase their own a/c.
With central a/c, I didn’t have to worry about purchasing an a/c for every room in our house. In the contract, it says actually clearly that the proprietor was responsible for having the Heating and Air Conditioning units checked regularly, and he was also responsible for any repairs that would be needed, and this was necessary to think because our a/c stopped laboring a few weeks ago, and I tried calling our proprietor to let him think that it needed to be fixed, and at first, he tried to tell me that it was broken because of me and that it was our responsibility to service it, however the contract said that it was his responsibility to service the a/c, even if it was our fault, which it was not. After reminding him of this, he told me that he would contact an Heating and Air Conditioning company to service the a/c. After a week, our a/c was not laboring still, and the proprietor wasn’t returning our calls. I might stop paying rent unless he fixes our a/c.
