The lady was so persistent and desperate

Recently, I traveled to a different state.

An AC product sign caught my eye when I was exploring on a sizzling morning.

Due to the fact that AC products are not sold on the street, I immediately recognized this as a scam. A woman approached me and asked if I needed any AC or heating products. I told her I didn’t need any heating or air conditioning products. After following me for a while, she asked if I could spare five minutes for her. For some reason, I decided to stay with her and hear what she had to say instead of running away. This lady had a cart full of scary-looking items. The portable air conditioners and heating systems she had were of low quality. In addition to washable air filters, she also had regular air filters and smart control units. There was nothing legit about any of these Heat and AC products. Despite my gut telling me to run again, I felt sorry for the lady who looked so desperate. According to her, she gives cheap replacements for products. Although she isn’t a certified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning worker, she has been doing this her entire life. Despite her offer, I told her that most HVAC and A/C workers go to college for a year to learn how to install these equipment. For some reason, I felt awful for this lady, but I felt worse for those who buy these products or services from non-legit HVAC contractors.
