When I first moved into a new house with my wife, I realized right away that we needed some homeowner solutions. The oil furnace we had seemed to be old and I didn’t like the prices for oil. What I really wanted was to have the oil furnace converted to gas or electric. I thought perhaps if we went for a ductless multi-split system, we could go the electric route. I learned from a friend that those ductless HVAC systems are quite energy efficient. My friend actually had one installed. He even told me that the installation price wasn’t even bad and the system itself wasn’t really overpriced compared to traditional HVAC systems. I wasn’t sure who to call, so I looked in the phone book to find the local HVAC companies. I just picked a random advertisement and called the number. The first company, I didn’t really like the way they spoke to me on the phone, so I called someone else. The person who picked it up this time was fantastic. They were polite and calmly answered all my questions about the home services that they offer. I even was told about their HVAC service plans which sounded like they covered all the maintenance needs I would require in the future. So I went with this company and decided to go for the ductless multi split system when they told me it would cover all my heating and cooling needs. I’m really glad we went for this system because we have HVAC zone control now with customized temperature control settings in all the different rooms!
