For the last forty years, I had been using the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, and every time I needed help with my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional came out.
It made me wonder if she was the only Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional in the business.
I said this to my hubby plus she shook her head. She chided me plus said it would not be a company if only a single Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional worked there. It would be a sole landlordship. I told him what I thought of her condescending attitude, plus walked away. I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company plus asked to have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional come out plus repair my oil furnace. The young woman asked if I had a afternoon that would be better for us, plus if I wanted it done instantly? While I had her on the PC, I asked how many Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals were in the business? She said they had fifteen in total, plus wanted to think why? I told her that for the last forty years, I had the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional come to the condo every time I called! She laughed plus said that was her Grandfather. She diagnosed every a single of her original clients plus won’t let anyone repair them. That’s when she said this would be the last time the two of us saw him because she was retiring at the end of the year. She plus Grandmother wanted to travel before they got too old. I was glad for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional, although I knew the two of us were going to miss him, hoped the new Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional was going to be as fine as she is..
