I didn’t assume the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman was talking to myself and others until I heard something hit the window. I walked out plus asked if there was something wrong; He turned toward the a/c unit plus started talking again. I made some noise to get his attention plus told him he needed to talk while facing myself and others or I would not hear a word he was saying.
