I push them outside to play but my youngsters would rather be lazy inside with the cooling system running

It’s strenuous for me to relate to my youngsters who would rather live every hour of every day in front of a unit or screen of some kind.

At their ages I was outside almost yearly whenever I wasn’t in university.

I had friends in the city and the people I was with and I either played street hockey or soccer when the people I was with and I could find enough youngsters to create teams. The people I was with and I hated being cooped up in the modern home all day, especially since many of us had older relatives at lake house who would dominate the television set in the living room. It’s strenuous to play video games on the family’s television set when you have dad and Grandpa seeing football games all day. So with that in mind, I was eager to get out of the house, ride my bike with my friends, and explore the city to find some fun. I don’t understand how my youngsters can be the exact opposite to myself and my friends growing up. It must be whatever apps on their mobile devices that are dominating their time and stealing their focus. They also claim that it’s too tepid for them outside, even when hot and cold temperatures are no higher than 76 degrees. My youngsters are too lazy and would rather stay inside with air conditioner on all day and all night. I didn’t like air conditioner as a kid, I just wanted to have fun with my friends outside when I had the chance. I even worked in my garage in the middle of the summer time with sweat dripping down my face.
