The boiler plus radiant flooring are a closed system, using the same water over plus over. It doesn’t introduce any air contaminants. The plan is especially fresh, silent plus effective. With really few moving parts, there is little that can go wrong. Boilers are super reliable plus long-lasting. Maintenance needs are small.
