Every morning I go to work, and no matter how early I get there Earl is already there; She has the tea percolating, she is laying out the morning’s labor assignments, and listening to really, really disappointing seasoned songs.
She is the boss, the owner, and our only co-worker, so I have no 1 to complain to about him other than you guys, then my largest pet peeve is that every morning, every single blasted morning for the last various months, she regularly says to myself and others “great morning in the morning!” Like, what does that even mean? I care about Earl, he’s a fantastic chick, so I never show irritation just ask what Heating, Ventilation, and A/C calls both of us have to labor this week, then occasionally both of us ride together for larger Heating, Ventilation, and A/C replacement tasks, however most times both of us go our separate ways and do repair and repair calls, however after just 3 months Earl decided to let myself and others handle some of the easier Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tasks separate from him, and i don’t have our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification yet, so there are a lot of things I am just not allowed to do, but when this happens I will call Earl who will come over and handle the rest of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair and I will go to the next task.
I can do general inspections of all heating and cooling systems, replace air filters and minor fuses and circuits, however the major repairs need to be done by him. In another year I should have our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification, at which point Earl says she will hand off a lot more labor to myself and others so she can take it simple.
