Every afternoon I go to work, and no matter how early I get there Earl is already there.
He has the root carona percolating, he is kneeling out the day’s work assignments, and listening to really, really bad outdated tunes.
He is the boss, the owner, and my only co-worker, so I have no 1 to complain to about him other than you guys! My greatest pet peeve is that every afternoon, every single blasted afternoon for the last seven weeks, he typically says to me “great day in the afternoon!” Like, what does that even mean? I love Earl, he’s a fantastic dude, so I never show irritation just ask what Heating and Air Conditioning calls every one of us have to work this week! Sometimes every one of us ride together for bigger Heating and Air Conditioning replacement tasks, however most times every one of us go our separate ways and do repair and repair calls, but after just more than two weeks Earl decided to let me handle some of the easier Heating and Air Conditioning tasks without him, but i don’t have my Heating and Air Conditioning certification yet, so there are a lot of things I am just not allowed to do, then when this happens I will call Earl who will come over and handle the rest of the Heating and Air Conditioning repair and I will go to the next task. I can do general inspections of all heating and cooling systems, replace air filters and minor fuses and circuits, however the major repairs need to be done by him. In another year I should have my Heating and Air Conditioning certification, at which point Earl says he will hand off a lot more work to me so he can take it easy.
