Not only is the HVAC company doing ethical business, but they are retaining the customers they have had for so many years
For the last twenty years, all we have had is one HVAC company to serve our entire area. They are a good HVAC provider, but they also take advantage of being the one and only. They have raised their prices really high to where itF is costing us almost double of what other areas are charging. To pay another HVAC company to come to our area, would have costs us even more. A couple of months ago, a new HVAC company came into the area. They aren’t really An HVAC company, but they are a company of general contractors and handymen. They have a handful of men who have the ability to work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Since they have come into town, they are giving the HVAC company a good bit of competition. Because of the competition, the HVAC company has been dropping their prices to match those of the contractors. Now, they are so low that the people of town can actually afford to have the HVAC company come in and do work on their HVAC systems. I am so glad we got a new contractor’s company so our HVAC company would no longer have a monopoly on the business and hold us all at their mercy. Not only is the HVAC company doing ethical business, but they are retaining the customers they have had for so many years. The contractor’s company is gaining its own group of customers. It has become a win/win situation for both the contractors and the HVAC company.
