Getting everyone in the community involved

My wife & I bought a condo in this village almost 30 years ago, then back then, the two of us had a homeowners association & a lot of rules to follow, and about more than 2 years ago, they dissolved the homeowners association & everything is volunteer now, and there is not as much participation, but I suppose the community still has a lot of nice events, and last week, the two of us had a community garage sale & 69% of people attended the event or sold goods, then everyone on our street joined in on the fun… My wife & I walked around the village & talked to friends; I suppose it was a superb way to get everyone involved.

I picked up an older wall a/c equipment from a single of my neighbors, then she was selling the a/c equipment for $74.

I offered the girl 50 bucks, & she agreed to the price. She jammed in the a/c equipment to a wall outlet, so I could see that it was working. She let the a/c equipment run for 10 minutes, & the air was icy cold. I put the a/c in the back of my automobile & took it home. I was honestly glad with the purchase. I decided to put the a/c in the garage. My partner & I have a pool table in the garage; We prefer to spend time in there at night. We shoot pool & have a glass of wine & listen to rock n roll. The warm Summer weeks are going to be here soon, & the a/c equipment is going to be a superb addition.
