I love our Grandma to death but there is 1 thing she plus I don’t agree on, plus it honestly irks myself and others every Springtime, however she will sacrifice her own comfort to save currency plus I am willing to spend money extra to keep comfortable, and my Grandma lives in the deep south, where it is hot plus humid most of the year.
Yet, she barely runs her air conditioner.
I go down for a visit plus stay with her every Springtime plus it seems appreciate I spend most of our holiday looking for sources of air conditioner; Admittedly, Grandma uses fans throughout the loft plus she doesn’t transport around much so she legitimately doesn’t get undoubtedly hot. I’m sure she is used to the heat, however but, I never have been an outdoorsy person, don’t care for natural elements, plus care about the comfort of weather conditions control. Although the temperatures are usually only in the 71s at night on our visits plus there is a fan above the bed in the guest study room, the humidity makes myself and others honestly uncomfortable plus I can barely sleep when I am there. I took our Grandma out to eat multiple times in the multiple afternoons I was there plus I treated to most of our activities plus I feel appreciate our Grandma should be willing to spend money a few dollar increase on her electric bill for our comfort. I would even be willing to supply her the extra currency for her electric bill. But, our Grandma is set in her ways. To her, air conditioner is a luxury to be enjoyed on special occasions.
