Whether we’re talking about residing through a broken furnace in the middle of a blizzard on the coldest afternoon of the year, having a tree fall on the outdoor a/c condenser during the middle of a hot and humid hurricane in September, or having a complete power outage for several nights during intermittent hot and chilly rapidly decreasing temperatures outdoors.., but i’ve seen it all. I would say our heating and cooling system works about half the time, and the other half of the time I’m calling in our local ventilation specialists for emergency services. I can never predict when the HVAC system is going to poop out on me next, however it’s safe to think that I will need professional service help at least once a month, luckily, I found a fantastic ventilation dealership in neighborhood who offers an advanced service contract. I can call out our favorite HVAC tech everyday if I want, and I don’t pay an extra dime.
