I think I figured the HVAC would be extended out there but, that’s not the way it works
Given that I was born, raised and stayed in a area of the country where the Wintertide can be simply ferocious, just the dream of a sunroom kept me going. I don’t regret at all staying put right where I grew up. It was a relaxing place to live and raise a family. Plus, there were a lot of friends and family in the area. My hubby and I were able to buy a large beach house from one of her uncles. It took some remodeling to make it a home. The people I was with and I put in a brand modern HVAC equipment along with upgrading almost every other appliance. And there the people I was with and I stayed for the next 35 years. Now, the people I was with and I are flipping the page and getting ready to start a brand modern chapter in our lives. The people I was with and I replaced the HVAC in our beach house to aid with the sale. Fortunately, the people I was with and I sold our house for a tidy profit and were able to move south to retire. Suddenly, my lifelong dream of having a sunroom were right in front of me. The little cottage the people I was with and I bought had a brand modern HVAC as well and it was our first experience with a heat pump. After a few weeks, the people I was with and I contracted with a company to put a sunroom on the side of the house. I think I figured the HVAC would be extended out there but, that’s not the way it works. So, the people I was with and I had the HVAC people come out and put a ductless equipment in there. It works so well and has made the sunroom accessible for year round use.
