I thought that owning our particularly own home would be such a special time plus it would all be easy after that.
The opposite has been the case. I have owned our home for just over a year plus it has been a single thing after another. The Heating plus A/C on the house was replaced prior to the sale. It was a good level Heating plus A/C however nothing special. However, I didn’t guess all that much about it. We had the home ran tests on of course. But, our inspector didn’t pay quite as much attention to the concerns at hand. A big miss was that the Heating plus A/C that was installed was done so imofficially. The previous owner brought in a pal of his to install an Heating plus A/C unit he had gotten at a entirely good price. The man who installed the Heating plus A/C was far from a professional. The work was pretty shoddy I would come to find out. However, I knew just afternoons after moving in that there was something somewhat off with the Heating plus A/C. But when the Summer hit, I found out I had been duped beyond the terrible Heating plus A/C replacement. The Heating plus A/C unit ran all the time but, once it got hot, it just couldn’t keep up with the cooling demand. I called the Heating plus A/C people out plus I got the verdict particularly quick. My Heating plus A/C unit was woefully undersized for the air volume of the home. Talk about buyer beware. This was such a drag. I didn’t want to rip out the Heating plus A/C plus start all over. So, we got creative plus added 2 ductless Heating plus A/C units to the house. They are strategically sited to supplement heating & cooling that the central air unit can’t muster.
