Working overtime and saving money

I should be able to save enough for a new mic, and enough to convert my upstairs home office into a studio, and take an entire month off from Heating and Air Conditioning work

Last year I had to work several days in a row, 12 hour shifts every day except Tuesday, when it was a 16 hour endurance challenge, but I can’t complain, I guess, because the overtime money is freaking sweet once it hits the bank account, but at the same time, it kills me because every hour I spend at work is one hour I don’t get to focus on my music, and music is my life, and one day I hope that it will also be my livelihood, however that day has not come yet. For now I remain a working Heating and Air Conditioning tech, but I hope these days are drawing to a close, and I am trying to turn the negative into a positive ,and save up as much as I can of these overtime checks from the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation. I get paid time and a half for OT, with a shift differential on graveyard for emergency Heating and Air Conditioning repair jobs that come in overnight. I am constantly so tired I never have an opportunity to go spend this money, so I can save it all up and one day have a nest egg when I get the Heating and Air Conditioning game for the music business. I should be able to save enough for a new mic, and enough to convert my upstairs home office into a studio, and take an entire month off from Heating and Air Conditioning work. After that I can decide to go back and work to earn more with the air conditioner work, or continue on with my music until the money runs out.
