Turns out they are trying to get a “green” label on our community meaning that each homeowner has taken special precautions inside their apartment to be more efficient
I live in a community that has an fees, that means a homeowners association controls the fees. I don’t suppose if you’ve ever lived in a community with fees however let myself and others just tell you it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. Normally the fees are supposed to make things for residents in the community easier, however these fees seem to make my life a residing hell. One thing I can’t rest about the homeowners association is that they are consistently having meetings while we were in times when I am at work. So last time they had a meeting, I found out they were trying to run a campaign to regulate the temperature of all the temperature controls plus everyone’s home… The homeowners association in my neighborhood doesn’t pay the energy bills in each individual apartment so I don’t see why it matters what the temperature of our temperature controls are. Turns out they are trying to get a “green” label on our community meaning that each homeowner has taken special precautions inside their apartment to be more efficient. I don’t want a more efficient home. I already pay enough in fees to live in this community plus pay enough money to the homeowners association however I’m not sure why they are or even bother making us put restrictions on our heating plus cooling systems. I am so frustrated by this plus I don’t suppose if I can continue to live in a neighborhood that has a homeowners association that wants so much control over each individual home.
