Don’t want what I have

I have an outdoor air compressor and 8 indoor air handlers with temperature controls

When our seasoned Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit up and died on me, I had no idea what to substitute it with. I knew I didn’t want to get what I had. The central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit was horrible. I hated that I had to make the whole house a single temperature. The laundry room I only used once a week and yet I was paying to supply it with AC? I also didn’t use the guestroom or the other bathroom. I wanted to save money and have a zone control capable system. I didn’t appreciate messing around with air duct either. Ductwork gets super gross after a period of time. Hair, dirt and dust accumulates in it after so much time. I also do tons of projects that require gutting, sanding and scraping snacks ceilings. That dust gets into the air duct and affects our indoor air quality. I knew I wanted to get a idea that didn’t have air duct. I hated paying for it to be cleaned. I hated that air duct sealing would quickly follow after it. I wanted a duct free idea so I didn’t have to deal with all those complications. I talked with our local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker and she quickly recommended a ductless heat pump. She said I can have zone control, no air duct and I also get a/c with a heat pump system. I have an outdoor air compressor and 8 indoor air handlers with temperature controls. That way each room has its own unit to set the temperature and care for. I don’t have to worry about dirty indoor air quality in the whole house anymore.
