Not going to be a victim of weird Heating, Ventilation, and A/C theft

I just got a large package delivered.

My partner took 1 look at the box and was sure that this thing was delivered to the wrong address. I had to assure her that indeed, it was meant for us and our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. She was puzzled but I then reminded her of the conversation we recently had regarding the recent trend in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C theft. I saw the light go on in her eyeah and she helped me get the box outside and we unpacked the contents together. What was in that package was a reinforced steel cage that fits over the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cupboard outside of my house. Once the cage is placed over the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cabinet, it then locks down to the concrete pad that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cupboard sits on. This is what it has obviously come to in our region. A homeowner now had to lock up the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device outside of their home. That’s such a drag as it’s a bit hard to know that this is where we’ve come to as a society. The latest trend in criminal desperation is on display with the senseless mangle of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device for the copper fittings. That’s right, thieves are ripping apart the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cabinets outside of homes to get their hands on the copper fittings. They simply toss aside thoUSAnds of dollars of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C components in the hunt for the copper. It’s enjoy I could almost understand taking the high-priced components from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cabinet. But to simply destroy them for some copper tubing just blows my mind.
