Heating, Ventilation, and A/C snag cleared up by deadline

If it hadn’t been for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation, I suppose I would have at least had egg on my face if not had to scramble hard to take care of a new tenant.

  • And I hadn’t been a proprietor for all that long yet.

So figuring out what to do when a transfer in date can’t happen was all new to me. See, I’ve recently retired and still have an urge to do something and make some money. So I’ve been buying older small houses, renovating them and renting these homes. It had been smooth sailing thus far with the first 3 houses. Number 4 was a bit different due to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C challenges. Every 1 of the rentals I’ve acquired had some sort of heating and cooling need. And with each house, I’ve done what I could do but left the large stuff to the professionals. That was honestly much the case with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device as well. I only lucked out on 1 of the houses when it came to the residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C involved. That 1 had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device substituted about 7 years prior to that was sort of a bonus. But the others were a situation where the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device had to be substituted outright. Yet, with number four, I ran into a air duct concern that I wasn’t expecting. And that’s where the deadline thing came into play. But the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation came up with the alternative of installing a ductless multi split heating and cooling system. And I was able to get that done and get the new tenant in the cabin when I promised. I’m sort of cheerful that I’m only going to do 1 more house.
