My dream home would have two bedrooms on the beach in a gorgeous town.
Here in this neighborhood, everyone is respectful of each other.
You can find a variety of dining establishments in the area, as well as plenty of things to do, so entertainment isn’t far from the neighborhood. This is the kind of life I prefer. One of the perks of living alone is that I can adjust my HVAC system as I please. I lived with a roommate for 3 years. We were constantly fighting about heating and cooling. In the Winter, however, she kept the beach house exceedingly hot, while I preferred to stay away from the heat entirely. My room is too hot for me to sleep in, so I opened the window in my bedroom to keep cool. In hindsight, we should have invested in smart temperature control. We did not, however. I am in control of how my home is cooled and heated now that I am living alone. Occasionally, the temperature does drop below normal during the winter, and then, I use the heat. My home doesn’t have to be heated, so I bought a small space heater that can be used in my bedroom or living room. There are so many types of space heating systems on the market, and the one I have is programmable and has a timer with an off switch. This space heater is therefore safe to use, and the best part is that I don’t have to use my HVAC system in the winter.
