I have worked with skilled heating and air conditioning professionals in the industry, but the current generation of cooling experts has brought fresh talent and minds to the industry. I remember a young heating and air conditioning tech in my team helped me create a quality heating and air conditioning care program that has revolutionized how customers interact with their cooling equipment. He specialized in a/cs and became the go-to person for all problems about air conditioning system upgrades. He also played a significant role in developing straight-forward-to-understand steps that homeowners can follow when replacing their air conditioning system filters, but every day is a reading opportunity for me in this industry.
