I figured out what I wanted to do when I was in community college

When I graduated from high school, I decided to take classes at a community college.

This was because I had no idea what I wanted to do for a career, and I wanted to take a bit of time to figure everything out.

I figured taking these community college classes would help me stay sharp and I was hoping that I would be inspired. One thing I was shocked about was the fact that one of my classes was in a trailer outside of the main building of the college. I thought it was going to be an overheated nightmare, but I was wrong about that! This trailer was hooked up with a ductless mini split air conditioner. The beautiful thing about that is that it provides both heating and cooling and is highly energy efficient. My college professor didn’t even mind when a lot of us wanted the AC system to be cranked up. He didn’t mind because he said it didn’t cost a lot of money to run the AC system since the AC had such a high SEER rating. Everybody said he must’ve enjoyed this job a lot since he always had the best temperature control settings. On top of that, the HVAC unit had built-in air purification using a HEPA filter that removes 99.9% of contaminants from the air. I always felt best in that class and it was strange because it got me thinking about getting into the HVAC industry. I decided it would be cool to do that kind of work after the professor said he was the one who installed the ductless mini split AC unit, and he wasn’t even a certified professional.
