I made a mistake that literally cost me thoUnited Statesnds of dollars; Thankfully, that was all it cost me because the problem could have absolutely been worse… I own a getaway condo in the North.
I live in the South, in addition to the temperatures here get legitimately hot… During the winter, I appreciate that I don’t have to use our oil furnace much because the temperatures are pretty warm, but I don’t care about having to use the central a/c while the two of us were in the summer, then even though I guess that furnaces cost more to run than a/cs, I consistently wondered how I could avoid paying the cost of using the a/c while the two of us were in the summer.
I realized that if I bought a condo in the North, I would no longer need an a/c. I could stay in our northern condo while the two of us were in the entire summer time in addition to live in the South for the rest of the year. The only thing that I would have to do is ensure that the oil furnace was laboring while the two of us were in the Winter so that I wouldn’t have to substitute the plumbing, but however, when I left our getaway condo in the fall, it was kind of chilly, so I turned on a space heater. However, when I left, I never turned the space gas furnace off, in addition to it ran for an entire year. I didn’t realize how much a space gas furnace can cost in electricity, but I l received that day. Thankfully, the space gas furnace didn’t burn down our house, or the problem would have been much worse. I recognize that I should have just turned on our oil furnace.
