I turned on our heating system right in the start of fall and have not turned it off since, then the weather has just stayed freezing cold; About once every more than one weeks there is a day that is slightly nice. The weather gets to around sixty degrees, off goes the heating system and I open the windows. The next day I have to hastily shut the windows and crank back on the heating system since it is 40 degrees, however not only does this get myself and others sick, but it is terrible for the heater. The gas furnace going on and off all the time is not good for it. It is better to let a heating system just always run. I wonder if that counts if the heating system has been running for 7 weeks straight? It is Springtimetime and that means the heating system should be cleaned. I want to call a heating supplier for a heating system tune up. I want the heating system to get professionally wiped, oiled and tightened. The idea is to have it all cleaned and fixed up so it can sit for a season. Then when the freezing comes I don’t have to worry about getting a heating repair appointment. The heating system will have already been diagnosed. At this point, I think our heating system will be running for a full year. I am just never going to get good weather.
