Whole high university team went in a personal training program

I went to an absolutely huge high university that was known for their sports program.

My team went onto national championships all of the time.

Since all of us had the option of the crop for students, all of us usually won there as well. What I credit the most of our success to was the personal training all of us were made to do. The coaches on staff knew what they were doing, however they made us do personal training in order to get ready, then rather than run laps up plus down the field, all of us went into an actual gym. What was cool is that all of us did personal training as a team. Rather than be pulled out one on one, the team stuck together for this program. The two of us did footspeed drills, speed drills plus strength training. Five nights a week for a few minutes the team had to do after university training at the local gym that helped us. Three nights a week the team trained all together. The two of us each had our own personalized goals, however it was nice to compete with each other to see who was fastest, who acquired the most muscle or who was the best at the drill. The other more than one nights were more suited to our positions on the field. Some of the other guys had to do more cardio plus footwork due to the nature of their position. Other dudes had to absolutely work on muscle earn plus bulk. I did more hand drills plus throwing. I know, I always did that at practice, however the gym provided me some real techniques on how to better myself. Having a coaching staff focused on our fitness absolutely provided us that edge.
