It’s something that has been occurring for a very long time now.
I am not able to say I was very surprised because I have been dreading it nearly everyday. For about two years I’ve been fully aware that I would be replacing our Heating and Air Conditioning. Later on there is the strange part. I’m starting to become concerned to see the aged heating and cooling unit leave. It’s appreciate saying goodbye to a good pal. This was the first and only home I have ever bought. And that old and run down Heating and Air Conditioning system out there was state of the art when we first bought this place. I can remember just thinking about out how amazing the house was staying. Or how abruptly it could take the chill off a crisp evening. I also am able to think back to choosing the unit with the dealer as our home was being built. It was simply the best on the market at the time. With that being said, that’s totally over with now. The facts are evident. The added maintenance calls and the steady decline in efficiency. Even our young Heating and Air Conditioning tech has been gently reminding me that it’s time to move on. So, I am facing the very hard facts. I reached out to the same Heating and Air Conditioning dealer from twenty years ago. He had more digital gadgets but spent nearly the same amount of time measuring. He asked me a huge list of questions and absolutely listened as I responded. My Heating and Air Conditioning person did such a thorough and complete task that I was shocked to get his email the next day. Being the Heating and Air Conditioning pro that he is, he didn’t attempt to just sell me something of value. To be honest, this guy did his homework. The heating and cooling dealer sent us four prices on four different Heating and Air Conditioning units. While I will miss our aged buddy, I am so thankful to bring in the next generation of Heating and Air Conditioning technology.
