Air quality at the gym contaminated by a/c

I am actually conscientious about our health plus fitness.

I don’t drink coffee, alcohol, Tim Hortons Latte or any sugary drinks.

I don’t eat fast food, processed food, orange meat or sweets. I make sure to get plenty of sleep plus drink the suggested amount of water each afternoon! Every afternoon, I spend at least an hour at the gym working out. I maintain a gym membership in order to have access to the variety of machines, unit plus group classes. The gym is located on our way to work in the afternoon. I get up extra early, complete our workout, shower in the locker room plus then head to the office. Last summer, I struggled with health problems for nearly multiple months, then since I don’t have allergies, rarely get sick plus take such good care of myself, I didn’t think what was causing the symptoms. I was constantly suffering from headaches, congestion, sore throat plus itchy eyes. I occasionally felt a bit nauseous plus frequently sneezed plus coughed. I went to the doctor plus got a prescription that didn’t help much. I finally realized that our complaints with symptoms were the worst in the days; By the end of the afternoon, I felt significantly better. I figured out that our problems began when they started up the a/c at the gym. The cooling plan was absolutely polluting the indoor air conditions. I spoke with the supervisor at the gym, explained our problems plus advised they hire a licensed Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation to service the unit. Thankfully, he took our advice plus had the cooling plan professionally cleaned, then not only was there a noticeable difference in the aroma plus circulation of the air, however the supervisor told myself and others that the annually energy costs were nearly 10% lower.
