He just kept the thing as a souvenir. The people I was with and I thought it would be a funny May Fools prank to trick our friend who just got the modern smart control unit. So we were all hanging out the afternoon before May Fools Day, plus we had drinks plus everything. The people I was with and I were all having a great time plus when our friend passed out, that’s when we changed the control unit. The people I was with and I had his modern smart control component perfectly safe in a box, plus put the aged broken control component on the wall. When he woke up in the day, he was particularly freaking out when the a/c wasn’t laboring. He freaked out even more when he saw the aged busted up control component on the wall. He was asking what happened plus he was particularly going nuts. He was complaining that he paid so much currency for that control component plus he wanted to think how this happened. The people I was with and I said we were all pretty wasted the previous night, so we weren’t sure what happened to it. He finally was about to call the HVAC company to have a modern control component installed, however then I shouted “May Fools!” plus showed him his smart control component was perfectly safe. He was so relieved plus kind of pissed off at the same time. He was particularly thankful when he was able to put his control component back on the wall plus get the a/c flowing again.
