I need to vent about something! And it’s my property owner! I have a feeling that my property owner is ignoring me.
I will send her countless texts over the course of several months and I have not heard a response. It’s taxing when you have complications in your lake house and your property owner won’t answer you, however now that my heating and cooling idea is not laboring the complications have become unbearable. I have been separate from a heating and cooling idea for several days now and I have tried to get a hold of my property owner every single morning. I have sent him texts, I have sent him texts, and I have called him several times. I don’t feel what to do anymore because my property owner will not answer my iPhone calls and I am sick of living separate from air-conditioning in the moderate summer time months. I have a feeling that I’m going to have to call a local heating and cooling corporation myself and pay for it myself. I have a feeling that’s what my property owner wants me to do and is hoping that I take care of it myself separate from having to call him, but, I am going to do this then I’m going to send my way or the bill I will have the invoice put in His name and have the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation directly to him, however he does not feel who he’s dealing with and if he thinks I’m going to pay for the heating and cooling repairs myself he’s got another thing coming.
