My husband and I recently both got job promotions, and we were not expecting them. I always thought I would get a promotion after I worked at my company for a few more years, but thankfully my boss is really happy with my work and I was able to get a promotion much sooner. I had a feeling my husband would be getting a promotion since he works at least 80 hours every single week, but we were both excited. We have been thinking about what we want to do with the extra money that we are now going to have each month. We don’t want to go on a lavish vacation, but we thought it might be a good idea to do some changes around our house. I told my husband it might be a good idea to look at replacing our HVAC system. We’ve had our house for a few years now and our HVAC system is a data house so replacing The HVAC system in our house might be the best way to spend this money. I know it’s not exciting to get a brand new HVAC system, but it is a great way to spend money and not feel like we’re throwing it away. I’m actually looking forward to replacing our HVAC system because I know it will only bring value to our home if you ever decide to sell it.
