Even though my Grandma is a retired college educator, she still likes to work. She does a lot of investing and she is also the owner of a lot of smaller businesses. Her building plans never included ductwork to the central heating and air conditioning in the main house. She thought that she wouldn’t really need it, but when she finally began to work in the new office, she realized how much she needed some air vents in there. Grandma didn’t want to endure even more construction, so she started to look for other ways to heat as well as cool the space. This is when she discovered something called a ductless mini split system. It was an energy efficient way to heat as well as cool a small area without connecting it to the central ductwork system. So all that she had to do was hire a local Heating and Air Conditioning professional to link it to the electricity and ventilate it. Once it was done, she was given a small remote for it.
