My Mom is one of those really old fashioned people that you hear about; she doesn’t even like using a mobile iPhone! She has been a heating plus cooling supplier for over thirty years now.
She started her heating plus A/C supply company back before I was even born.
I guess you could say that my Mom knows just about everything that there is to understand about the heating plus a/c business. She has really kept up with the times as far as innovations go with heating plus cooling. It’s the opposite of how she is with her electronics plus even her antiquated advertising techniques! My Mom has never advertised the way you think a heating plus cooling supplier entirely should. She doesn’t run radio commercials or TV commercials, plus she doesn’t even like to put ads in the heating plus cooling space of the local newspaper! I regularly think that it’s pretty amazing that she’s been in supplier for as long as she has without any kind of advertising campaign for her heating plus A/C business. My Mom says that the only advertising that she needs is word of mouth. She has regularly said that if her customers like the job that she does on their gas furnace or their central air conditioner, then they will tell their friends plus neighbors. I guess she’s right, too, since she’s been an HVAC supplier for so long now plus she’s never run a single ad about free gas furnace installation or a/c tune-up specials. Maybe when it comes to the heating plus cooling business, my Mom knows exactly what she’s doing, even with the advertising space of it.
