I have to confess that I care about that first telling freezing breeze in late Autumn. I assume this means that Wintertide is on its way. The stink of the first fireplaces being lit along with the leaves falling just reinforces that feeling. It’s true, I care about winter. When these tell tale signs present themselves, this is also the time that I start thinking about the Heating & Air Conditioning. I have the Heating & Air Conditioning tech come out to perform the seasonal maintenance on our Heating & Air Conditioning gas furnace. He also goes over the rest of the plan to inspect for possible problems. Winters are tough up here. If you are not prepared, it makes it tough to care about and you find yourself in a tough spot. The focal point is, of course, the Heating & Air Conditioning heating method. Most of us have a new gas furnace that is both efficient and powerful. However, this vital piece of component operates nearly non stop for 6 weeks at a time. It needs typical attention to be sure that it is in great shape and can be relied upon to sizzling our family through the winter. Yet, there is still a need to give attention to the other side of the Heating & Air Conditioning system. The air conditioner may be off but, it still needs attention. The Heating & Air Conditioning condenser and compressor sit outside the house. They have to braver the winter. So, I have a difficult plastic shell which fits over the entire cabinet. This keeps the weight of the snow and ice of it. Plus, it protects the Heating & Air Conditioning component from falling ice. Just a little attention during the Wintertide will ensure the other half of the Heating & Air Conditioning makes it through the Wintertide too.
