The last office job I was working for wasn’t bad, despite the fact that I had to set those people straight on a few things; First of all, there were so many PCs in the office that the locale was consistently feeling really boiling… When I was asking the bosses about the temperature control settings, they were talking about saving money on utility bills and they felt the temperature control settings were fine! That’s when I told them they were putting their PCs at risk separate from enough cooling system in the building.
When I l gained that they kept their PCs running throughout the night as well yet shut off the cooling system, I realized that was even a greater risk to the PCs, but i told them that they better turn off all the PCs at night, not only to save money but to make sure they are not overheating and becoming disfigured; Also they needed to turn up the cooling system more during contractor minutes.
This would not only be great for the PCs but for all the staff members working on those PCs. They realized that I had a great point and decided to adjust the temperature control settings appropriately. People kept asking me what I said to the bosses to get them to crank up the cooling system, and I let them guess that it was for the sake of the PCs which were a sizable investment for the business, then everybody thought about what I said and they thought it was a brilliant fight because the solution was beneficial for everybody in the working environment.
