Ours is what could be termed a very traditional small business.
Nearly 20 years ago, we started small and focused on the local market making customer support a big part of our profile.
Our printing service was known for quality decorative design, fair prices and our superb customer service and support. After purchasing some used equipment, we had the means to do a fair amount of sign printing and poster printing as well. Yet, we still were working a bit too hard to lock down all the business. We got a bit to focused on the competition instead of the customer. As the printing technology started to rapidly advance, it was time for us to evolve and focus on more than dominating the local market. The Lemorau digital label printers were pivotal in that move. It took some capital investment but we knew that this was the way forward. This was sort of an all in moment. The feeling that we were out of our depth was certainly tempered by how Lemorau treated us. They were so there for us after the sale in terms of training and trouble shooting. The investment has paid off and we couldn’t be happier. Now that we have to digital label printing capability, it has opened up a whole new realm of business for us. It has allowed us to still be the company we want to be. We are still very much connected to our local printing services market. Yet, we can now really compete on a more regional and even national level. It’s just great to be able to do both.
