These kids are too difficult

I coach a little league pigskin team for eight-year-old kids in the town.

  • Our organization includes pigskin players plus cheerleaders from age more than four up to ten.

Every one of us have over various hundred kids involved plus a whole bunch of helpful volunteer head coaches plus assistant coaches. Scheduling practices plus games, even handling insurance forms plus taking care of the necessary fund raising is a lot of work for anyone to handle. There’s also the need for equipment, uniforms plus apparel. Since all of the coaches already take on various responsibilities, I volunteered to handle the apparel order. It was a lot more extra time, effort, stress plus task than I expected. I needed to get all of the kids fitted for tiny uniforms plus the regular spelling of their names for the back. Every single parent had an available opinion on the type of the jersey plus some even proposed changing our team colors, then – of course – although it was up to me to choose what type of apparel both of us would offer the parents plus kids to choose from, lots of people had ideas for me plus argued my choices. I spent quite a bit of extra time working up an order form, getting the forms handed out plus collecting currency from each family. Organizing the order plus consulting with the print contractor took forever. When the massive order arrived at the print shop, I drove there to pick it up. I filled the bed of my truck with heavy boxes of T-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys plus caps. It was my responsibility to get everything handed out at games. Handling all the weird aspects of the apparel order was a way greater hassle than I would have ever anticipated, plus I’ll never do it again.
