Increasing property value with a well-functioning air purification system

While on a trip with my boyfriend to another state, we came across a beautiful house that had a “for sale” sign at the front.

I was so taken with the house, it was a colonial-style house, very beautiful.

We inquired after the house and were told that it had been in the market for sale for a year now and the owners had stopped maintaining it as they thought it would never sell. My boyfriend, a successful real estate agent, stated some of the improvements the owners needed to make to the house for it to sell quickly. We bought the house since it was affordable, then we started the renovation process. The first thing we did was to get a new air purification system from the local business. The technicians did a good job keeping the ductwork away from sight. We also used a very effective duct sealing process that would ensure that that air did not escape from the air ducts. The heat and AC products did help in boosting the selling value of the property when we were reselling it. To further improve the indoor air quality, we ran a tune-up on the existing heat pump. After the experts were through with the duct cleaning process, we noticed an improvement in the quality of air. We also upgraded the thermostat to a digital one. To inform the next owners on how to care for the air quality systems, we left a list of things that they can do without the assistance of a professional. One of the things is cleaning the washable filters regularly. The process of cleaning the air filters is pretty straightforward that anyone can do. The air purifier did help because we managed to sell the house a week after the renovations.
